    Our website offers two subscription options:
    1. Yearly Plan – €75 (billed once per year)
    2. Monthly Plan – €10 per month (billed monthly)
    By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee and any associated taxes. Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment provider, and you also agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
    If you choose the Monthly Plan, you will be billed €10 each month until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to quizzes will remain active until the end of the paid period.
    If you choose the Yearly Plan, your subscription will remain active for one full year from the date of purchase.
  5. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DarWine Club or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
  6. User Conduct
    By using the Website, you agree not to:
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
